NEW: Natural Balance Dry Dog Food Recalled Over Salmonella Threat

Natural Balance has voluntarily recalled its product in Rhode Island as it may contain salmonella.

The US Food and Drug administration announced that Natural Balance Pet Foods has issued a voluntary recall of some of their dry dog food because it may be contaminated with Salmonella, which includes a recall in Massachusetts. The food was manufactured at Diamond Pet Foods, which has had an ongoing recall of dog food products since April 2012.
