Tom Brady’s Suspension is Overturned

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has had his four game suspension overturned by New York Federal Court Judge Richard Berman.

"Based upon the foregoing and applicable legal authorities, the cour hereby denies the Management Council's motion to confirm the Award and grants the Players Association's motion  to vacate the Award, thereby vacating the four-game suspension of Tom Brady, effective immediatley," said Judge Richard Berman in a statement.

Judge Berman's ruling does not put an end to deflategate neccessarily, as the NFL can still appeal.

New England Patriots

The New England Patriots are set to play thier final preseason game at Gillette Stadium tonight against the New York Giants.

The Patriots open the regular season on Thursday, September 10 when they host the Pittsburgh Steelers after raising the 2014 Super Bowl Championship banner.
