Alexandra is a sweet black-and-white female with a beautiful medium-length coat.

While Alexandra has been a little scared (understandably!) since coming to BTR, she is warming up to volunteers and her sweet disposition is coming out. She would make a great companion.

Diva is a petite black-and-white shorthaired female who is 5 or 6 years old, at the vet's estimate.

Diva is a friendly lady who is very easygoing. While she isn't the biggest fan of dogs, her friendly personality comes out around humans and we are confident that she will make a wonderful addition to nearly any home.

Irina is a 3-4 year old shorthair tortoiseshell female with a sweet disposition.

Irina may seem shy at first when meeting new people but is friendly once she gets accustomed to new people and environments. She's a sweetheart who can't wait to find her forever home!

Gilbert recently came to Broken Tail and has been nothing but friendly and playful ever since. He is vocal and curious about the world around him. He can't wait to explore and make friends in his forever home!

Meet Jacques - a handsome guy who puts the "gentle" in "gentleman." He was found wandering the streets in a nice neighborhood with a BB pellet lodged in his right flank. He really doesn't want to spend the rest of his life without a person of his own who'll love and cherish him. He's a very mellow guy who lives to snuggle with you and snooze while you watch TV.

Hi my name is Abigail but my foster mom calls me Abby. I am a 13 year old Lhasa Apso female and I weigh 14 lbs. Don't let my age fool you, I can still run around and play with my much younger foster brother and sister. With age comes wisdom and I am very smart and well behaved. I come when called and will pat you with my paw when I want your attention.

Pumba

Meet Pumba! Is he an Irish Wolfhound? He could be! He's much smaller than one, but has a lot of similar features. Pumba is estimated to be 7 years old and weighs about 30 lbs. His fur is a grey / brindle / white and grows long on the top and short on the sides. His underbite is incredible, his temperament is amazing, and he is so ugly he is cute.

My name is Wylie, but most people just call me CUTE! I am 28 lbs of pure puppy love. I am 7 months old (I was born just before Christmas!) and I am ready to find a loving forever home! I love meeting new people and would love to meet you!

I live for snuggling. I love to take a nap next to you or even on your lap. I am all about cuddle time. I enjoy walks and walk well on leash if I'm fitted in a harness.

Meet JAKE! He is a cuddly 35lb eleven year old full-bred Cocker Spaniel who looks like a bowl of cookie and cream ice cream and is just as sweet! This senior loves car rides, swimming, tummy rubs, playing ball and laying around outside. (See his video before his haircut here!)

Lucky

Lucky is 13 years young and weighs just 7.4lbs. He is a spritely little guy who has lots of love to give! Lucky is house and crate trained. He is good with dogs and people (men and women). He hasn't been tested with cats or children yet, and would likely be fine, but would rather live his days in a calm environment without the daily excitement of little ones. Lucky loves walks and is great on a leash!
