While the inn remains open to the public on the weekends, a new "Exclusive Use" package allows guests to take over the mansion at greatly reduced room rates, for a minimum of five rooms and a food and drink minimum.

It's an amazing deal: for $259 per room, and a nominal food and beverage program, the run of the mansion is yours. Further, if you'd like to host a dinner in the Spiced Pear restaurant and bar featuring the creations of Executive Chef Thomas Duffy, it's a $1,500 fee.
