MA Cities and Towns With the Most Prostitution Arrests

Even more startling is that 70-percent of the arrests made were prostitutes rather than johns or pimps, signaling that while the arrests are being made, the demand for prostitutes is not being lowered at the same rate.
Although some cities handle prositution-related arrests well, arresting a high percentage of johns and pimps, other cities have extremely high percentages of women being arrested while the men involved with prostitution walk free.
