Monday, September 07, 2015
President Obama was in Boston on Labor Day to rally union workers and sign an executive order which requires federal contractors to give employers paid sick leave. While talking about unions Obama referenced Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, saying "even Brady's happy he's got a union." The comment was met by some applauding and cheering.
Tom Brady's four game deflategate suspension was overturned by New York Federal Court Judge Richard Berman on Thursday, September 3 after the NFL Players Union filed an appeal on his behalf.
