The Worcester Sharks (8-3-1} scored four third period goals en route to a 4-2 victory on the road against the (6-7-1) Springfield Falcons in front of 2,009 fans at the Mass Mutual Center.

The Sharks trailed 1-0 after the second period, a period in which they were completely outplayed. The Falcons out shot Worcester 15-3 in the period and were rewarded with a Sean Collins goal off a one timer.

The Comeback Kids

But once again, the Sharks rallied in the third period. Matt Tennyson, Evan Trupp, Bryan Lerg, and Jeremy Langlois all found the back of the net for Worcester. In third periods this season, the Sharks have outscored opponents 21-8 and lead the league in wins when trailing after 40 minutes with three.

Solid Net

Between the pipes, JP Anderson stopped 30 of 32 shots and picked up his first AHL win for the Sharks.
