Cornerstone Bank has donated $1,500 to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/Metrowest to support the organization’s youth mentoring program.

“Big Brothers Big Sisters provides crucial services to children and adolescents in our community,” “We’re proud to support an organization that provides mentoring programs that change lives for the better,” said President and Treasurer of Cornerstone Bank Todd Tallman.

The program helps to make a difference in the lives of almost 2,000 youth and volunteers they serve.

The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/Metrowest is to provide underserved children with a positive one-to-one adult mentor relationship.

These children often face adversity in the community, and the support each child receives from their adult mentor helps them grow into successful citizens.

This donation will go toward the hiring and training needs of the program staff, including the recruitment and selection of youth mentors.

The funds will also support the ongoing needs of the mentors and help maintain the programs offered.
