The category breakdown shows Worcester ranking 132nd in recreation, 95th in entertainment and 111th in relaxation.
Worcester ranks directly behind Louisville, Kentucky and Durham, North Carolina at 112 and 113, and in front of Oklahoma City and Indianapolis at 115 and 116 respectively. Orlando, Florida is ranked number 1.

The Method
To figure out the best stay cation spots, WalletHub's analysts compared the 150 most populated U.S. cities across three key dimensions including recreation, food and entertainment and rest and relaxation.
WalletHub identified 28 relevant metrics and gave each a value between 0 and 100, with 100 representing the most favorable conditions for stay cations and 0 the least.
WalletHub calculated the overall score for each city using the weighted average across all metrics and ranked the cities accordingly.
