In the November issue of Prevention Magazine, which hit newsstands yesterday, star of the new, filmed entirely in Rhode Island medical drama Body of Proof, Dana Delany, discusses her damaging relationship with food during her teens and 20s and the affects of a botched Botox injection before learning to live a well-balanced lifestyle–and a daily dose of dark chocolate–to give the 54-year-old actress her youthful look … Grammy Award winner and former Fugees singer Wyclef Jean accepted an appointment on Monday to be a visiting fellow in Brown University’s Department of Africana Studies … Before wrapping up what is being deemed a successful training camp, members of the Boston Celtics were spotted across Newport. Reported sightings include The Big Shamrock himself, Shaquille O'Neal (as though he was hard to find), in a few locales: Holy Smokes on Broadway, O’Briens Pub on Lower Thames, The Barking Crab Restaurant (which should feel a bit like his new home considering its original Boston location), 7-Eleven, and shopping for essentials at the less-than-glamorous local Wal-Mart. Meanwhile Ray Allen, Rajon Rondo and Sam Perkins dined at the iconic Clarke Cooke House. Rondo, Perkins and Marquis Daniels were also spotted enjoying dinner at 22 Bowens on the last night of training…
