The restaurant is located in Toby Keith’s old spot at 275 Patriot Place across from the Hilton Garden Inn.
“Six String is a stunning restaurant and live music concept that will further enhance the experience of our guests at Patriot Place. We are thrilled to officially welcome The Briar Group and Six String to the Patriot Place family and have no doubt that this venue will deliver a high-quality entertainment and dining experience to our guests,” said Brian Earley, Patriot Place Vice President, and General Manager.
The restaurant was open for lunch, dinner, and nightlife entertainment with weekend brunch and special events to follow.
Six String
Six String will serve up a dining and entertainment experience for guests looking for good food, and live entertainment.
With design elements paying homage to country and rock and roll throughout the space, including a commissioned portrait of Dolly Parton comprised of 15,000 guitar picks by Blind Fox Art and a stunning chandelier made entirely of drum sets, the 23,000-square-foot restaurant and concert space designed in conjunction with Assembly Design Studio, will set the stage for a lively night out with friends, comfortable family dining, and pre-and-post Gillette Stadium event celebrations.
Guests in the over 400-seat dining room and throughout the venue will be able to fill up on comfort eats like soups and fresh salads like the Fried Green Tomato Caprese Salad, juicy burgers and sandwiches like the Roadie Burger with onion strings, BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese, flavorful flatbreads like the Pork Belly Hawaiian and more.
The specialty “Six String Southern Picks,” noted on the menu with the restaurant’s signature guitar pick theme, will feature inventive specialties including their take on a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, Southern Chicken & Waffles, Fried Catfish, Fried Catfish Tacos, Baby Back Ribs, Nola Gumbo and cleverly named classics like Queso and Guac the Line and Rock & Roasted Honey Buffalo Cauliflower.
Entertainment Schedule
Six String will fill the impressive state-of-the-art live music stage and modern rustic setting with the sounds of country and rock-and-roll performances ranging from marquee national acts, up-and-coming music makers, locally loved artists, and more.
