68 %
Holy Cross on the road shot an impressive 68 % from beyond the three-point arc, led by Justin Burrell who buried three of his four shots.
Cullen Hamilton buried the one three pointer that he took in the game and Miller and Alexander each knocked down one three.
Meanwhile, the home team, Army, shot 37 % from three-point land.
68% is an impressive number anywhere but especially on the road but Holy Cross needs to be careful and understand that is not going to happen every game.
The Crusaders need to continue to attack the paint and get themselves to the free throw line which they got to 20 times agains Army.

Malcolm Miller
Malcolm Miller didn't score a lot in this game but he was very productive and helped the team win.
Miller netted ten points on 3-of-8 shooting from the field but pulled down nine rebounds, dished out four assists, had one steal and two blocks in 33 minutes of play time.
The nine rebounds is Miller's second highest rebounding total of the season behind the 11 rebounds he pulled down against Lehigh a little over a month ago.

Justin Burrell led Holy Cross with a season high 26 points on 7-of-14 shooting from the field, including 3-of-4 from beyond the arc and 9-of-10 from the free throw line.

Burrell has now been in double figures in two of the last three games for the Crusaders and has done a very good job of holding onto the ball, only turning it over five times in the last five games.

Keeping their cool
The Crusaders led 46-45 with just under 12 minutes to play in the game before they ripped off a 10-2 run to go up 56-47. Army cut their deficit down to two points, 61-59, with three minutes left to play, however, the Crusaders had an answer.
Junior Christopher Morgan got a dunk and then Malachi Alexander buried a three pointer to give Holy Cross a seven point lead. Justin Burrell then knocked seven of his eight of his free throws to seal the win.
The above sequence for a lot of teams would have been a disaster, especially playing on the road, but in this case Holy Cross stuck with it and extended their lead and sealed the game at the free throw line.
This has to be a confidence booster for Holy Cross knowing they had a good lead, Army made a big run at them but they withstood it and closed out the game on the road.
