Zumba at Worcester Public Library 

Zumba classes are for ages 12 and older. Wearing work-out clothes and sneakers is recommended. And remember to bring water.

Zumba is an hour-long, high energy, calorie-burning fitness class that uses pop and Latin music to create a dance-party atmosphere.

Attack of the Bloodsuckers at EcoTarium 

Saturday is opening day of the EcoTarium's newest exhibit called "Attack of the Bloodsuckers." 

The exhibit will feature live mosquitoes and leeches, and explore the science behind how some animals survive by eating the blood of other creatures.

It is a hands-on exploration of the why and how of mosquitoes and ticks, leeches and lice, even bats, birds and fish track down blood for their meals.

131st Memorial Day Observance Remembrance Ceremony 

The ceremony will take place at 9 a.m. at Hope Cemetary. 

Participants are asked to be there at 8:45 a.m. 

A wreath-laying ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. at the Massachusetts Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Green Hill Park.
