Baker Names Haddad Associate Justice of the Gardner District Court

“Attorney Haddad has significant experience in both criminal and civil law. His knowledge on a variety of legal matters, drawn from years of experience will allow him to serve the Commonwealth well, and I am pleased to submit his name to the Governor’s Council for their advice and consent,” said Baker.
The Gardner District Court serves Gardner, Hubbardston, Petersham, and Westminster.
About Haddad
Haddad joined Glickman, Sugarman, Kneeland, and Gribouski, of counsel, in 2003, specializing in personal injury and representing injured parties, as well as defending clients such as the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority and the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Rail.
Prior to Joining GSK&G, Haddad worked at Reardon and Reardon for 21 years as an associate attorney, where he representatives of the Commonwealth’s municipal officials and employees in a wide range of matters. Haddad has tried cases in District and Superior Courts across the Commonwealth, and has served as a special prosecutor.
A Central Massachusetts native and graduate of St. John’s High School in Shrewsbury, Attorney Haddad earned his bachelor of science in criminal justice at Bryant University and his juris doctor at the New England School of Law.
Since 2017, Attorney Haddad has volunteered at Ascentria Care Alliance, representing minors pro bono in immigration matters.
Haddad also volunteers at Dismas House, representing indigent clients in the sealing of criminal records and as assisting attorney to General Counsel.
