Worcester Police Arrest 6 on Drug Related Charges

The Arrests and Charges are as follows:
- Ms. Deborah Helle, 52, of 255 West Street, Millbury was charged with Possession of Class B Substance.
- Jeremy Rawson, 24, of 2 Olga Avenue, Apt. 1, Worcester was charged with Distribution of Class B Substance, and Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws.
- Mr. Julio Brache, 36 of 291 High Street, Apt. 2, Webster was charged with Possession of Class A Substance.
- Mr. Miguel Vargas, 48, of 6 Queen Street, Apt. 10, Worcester was charged with Distribution of Class B Substance and Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws.
- Roberto Roman,40, of 25 Queen Street, Worcester was charged with Possession of Class A Substance.
- Pablo Rivera, 49, of 25 Queen Street, Worcester was charged with Possession of Class A Substance.
The Incident
Police officers watched a 2012 red Chevy pull to the side of the road at the intersection of Wellington and Main Street where a male, identified as Vargas walked over to the vehicle.
Vargas engaged in a brief conversation with the operator of the vehicle, identified as Helle. Following the conversation, Vargas signaled for another male, identified as Rawson to come over to the vehicle. Officers observed a drug transaction take place between the parties.
Additional officers pulled the vehicle over and made contact with Helle. One officer observed small bags of crack cocaine in plain site.
Officers arrested and charged Helle with possession of a Class B Substance.
Police arrested Rawson in the parking lot of Compared Foods which is adjacent to Murray Avenue.
Officers stopped Vargas in the area of 30 Chandler Street where he was found speaking with another male, identified art Brache. As officers approached, Brache placed a bag of heroin in his mouth and attempted to swallow it to avoid detection but was not successful.
Final Two Arrests
Police then observed two individuals conducting a drug transaction near the parking lot of 700 Main Street. A Male identified as Pablo Rivera approached another Male, Roberto Roman, who gave him two places bags. Roman had an additional two items left in his hand and consumed one of them.
Officers approached the men after the transaction was made and found that Roman was in possession of a small bag of heroin and $87.00 cash. Rivera was in possession of two bags of heroin.
