Holy Cross Basketball Adds 2-Star Guard Joey Reilly for 2019 Season

“We are really excited to have Joey join our basketball family here at Holy Cross. He is skilled and tough, but most importantly he is winner who makes everyone around him better,” Holy Cross head coach Brett Nelson.
Reilly will join Holy Cross for the 2019-2020 season.
About Reilly
Reilly is ranked as a two-star guard by Verbal Commits.
A 6-foot-0, 170-pound guard, Reilly played at East Catholic High School in Manchester, Conn., for head coach Luke Reilly (his uncle).
A two-time Connecticut High School Coaches Association first-team all-state selection, he is East Catholic’s all-time leading scorer with 1,828 career points.
Reilly averaged 20 points and six assists per game as a senior, while earning player of the year honors from the Hartford Courant. He led East Catholic to a pair of state championships in 2019 (Division I) and 2016 (Class L), three Central Connecticut Conference titles and an overall four-year record of 104-7.
Reilly also played AAU ball for the Middlesex Magic.
