Symphony at The Movies at Robert Jay Performing Arts Center

The WY Symphony Orchestra presents an afternoon of some of your favorite movie classics featuring the magnificent orchestral tone poem "An American in Paris" by George Gershwin complete with real vintage taxi horns.

Music Director Jonathan Brennand leads the 88 piece orchestra in additional works by John Williams and Rodgers & Hammerstein.

Holy Cross Football vs Georgetown at Fitton Field

First place in the Patriot League is on the line when the Holy Cross Crusaders host Georgetown on Saturday afternoon at Fitton Field.

With a win, the Crusaders will win the league title outright and earn the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA playoffs.

Holy Cross would be a co-champion with a loss, and would take the automatic bid if Lehigh defeats Lafayette.

Game time is set for 12 p.m.

Worcester State’s Visual and Performing Arts Department brings this “pair of star-crossed lovers" to the stage as the two find each other against a backdrop of strife that pits neighbor against neighbor in one of the world's greatest romantic stories.

“The clash between the houses of Montague and Capulet reflect the political and moral ethical clashes happening in the United States today. By staging this time-honored play in a modern setting, we see how the arts reflect humanity, even through time," said Adam Zahler, director.
