Celtics Climb Back in Series With 104-87 Win Over Bulls in Game 3

Avery Bradley helps the Celtics to a game 3 win over Chicago

The top-seeded Boston Celtics climbed back into their first round playoff series with the Chicago Bulls following a 104-87 win on Friday night at the United Center in Chicago. 

Boston now trails the series 2-1 with game four set for Sunday in Chicago. 

Celtics Pull Away 

After leading by as much as 20 points, the Celtics saw their lead cut to one, 44-43, with 11:36 to play in the third quarter. 

From that point, the Celtics would go on a 7-0 run to take a 52-43 lead with 10 minutes to play following an Isaiah Thomas three. 

The Bulls would not get closer than eight points the rest of the way. 

Tip-off for Sunday’s game 4 is at 6:30 p.m.
