Clinton Savings Bank Promotes Hayward to Exec. Vice President & CFO

In his role, Hayward will be responsible for all of the Bank’s fiscal operations including finance accounting, insurance, investments, budgets, regulatory agency, and government reports, and ensuring the safeguard of Bank assets as well as the compliance and facilities departments.
About Hayward
Prior to joining Clinton Savings Bank, Hayward was the Vice President of Finance at Digital Federal Credit Union for seven years.
He attended Merrimack College in North Andover, MA, where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting, later becoming a Certified Public Accountant.
Hayward has received recognition by being one of the Worcester Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” in 2013, an award for rising leaders in the business world who are committed to professional growth and the growth of their community.
Hayward grew up in Bellingham and currently lives in Uxbridge.
A diehard Patriots fan, he enjoys attending games, spending time with his three children, Madison (17), Braden (14) and Tyler (8), and volunteering within CSB’s community.
