Knight-Dik Insurance to Relocate to Mercantile Center

Knight-Dik will relocate its Worcester-based employees from 446 Main Street to Mercantile Center at 120 Front Street, occupying the space as early as the 2nd quarter of 2019.

Our dedicated team is excited to stay in downtown Worcester, joined by the growing number of companies seeking a location like Mercantile Center within such a thriving environment,” said Ross Dik, President of Knight-Dik.
The agency signed a 10-year lease agreement Franklin Realty Advisors on Thursday.

Jim Umphrey of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc, handled the transaction.
