Join in at Salisbury Mansion for a new twist on the season as decorators let their imaginations run to whimsy and fun...all by the sparkle of candlelight.

The mansion will be decked out for the holidays beginning the Friday after Thanksgiving.

"Artifacts and Incidents" Exhibit at Sprinkler Factory

This is the final weekend of the "Artifacts and Incidents exhibit at the Sprinkler Factory in Worcester. 

"Each work of art is an artifact created by hands, hearts, and minds, guided by technique and intuition. Each artwork is also an incident, a crashing together of ideas and inspirations fusing with material to create a work of art," writes the Sprinkler Factory about the exhibit. 

The gallery is open from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

"Fur Elise" is one of Beethoven's most well-known piano pieces. 

Join in as Worcester Music Academy piano teacher Hansani Archibald leads a masterclass of his students performing this wonderful piece. 

Archibald will provide feedback on performances and will give historical insight on this piece to help in the playing and performing of the piece.

Holiday Concert at Worcester Art Museum 

To celebrate the holiday season, Wachusett Jazz will play an assortment of Christmas and Hanukkah favorites in the Renaissance Court at the Worcester Art Museum. 

Wachusett Jazz was founded by Joe Reidy in 2007 to provide small ensemble musical performances to audiences and functions with an emphasis on live background music.

Wachusett Jazz performs jazz, blues and popular standards from the classic songbook of American Music including hits from the 1940's to the current period with a softer touch providing a pleasant background atmosphere.

The concert begins at 2 p.m.
