Marty Green Demands Rep Race Debates in 9th Worcester District
Friday, September 12, 2014
Heading toward the November election, Green would like at least one of the debates to be in a town hall format in which residents of the district can ask questions directly to the candidates.
“Since announcing his candidacy, Mr. Muradian has not provided details of what his views are on important issues including education, roads, and public safety,” said Green. “Mr. Muradian has insisted on rolling out endorsements to make his case for voters of the district. As I have canvassed the district and met with voters, they are insisting on hearing more from both candidates.”
Green is a local small businessman, former Executive Director of the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce and selectman in Northbridge.
