Boston needed Benintendi’s heroics after closer Craig Kimbrel blew a save in the 9th inning.
In the 9th, the Red Sox were up 5-4 before former Red Sox Mike Napoli hit a first pitch home run off Kimbrel to tie the game at 5.
The Red Sox had a 5-1 lead earlier in the game.
Series Continues
