Holy Cross Baseball Falls in Patriot League Championship Series

In game 3, Holy Cross and Navy stayed scoreless into the 8th inning before Navy's Saile flied out to center field scoring Born to give the Midshipmen a 1-0 lead.
The Crusaders came up in the 9th but were unable to generate any offense as their only base runner came on a walk.
For Navy, pitcher Sam Sorenson picked up the win while George Capen is credited with the loss.
The Holy Cross baseball season comes to an end and Navy will advance to the NCAA Tournament.
