Man Stabbed Multiple Times During Fight in Worcester

The man is in serious condition.
Worcester police are in search of multiple suspects.
The Incident
On September 21, at about 9:20 p.m., Worcester Police were sent to the area of Main and Austin St for a report of a fight. A second call came in, reporting that a man was screaming, “I’ve just been stabbed!”
Officers arrived and found the 45-year-old victim in front of 507 Main St lying on his back, covered in blood. Officers saw multiple stab wounds to his torso and both arms. The victim was transported to the hospital, where he is currently in serious condition.
Witnesses on scene reported that several younger men were chasing the victim before he was stabbed. The Detective Bureau and the Crime Scene Unit responded, and the matter is currently under investigation.
