Program for Addiction Recovery to Graduate 8 From First Training Series

Worcester Police chief Steven Sargent

Eight volunteer advocates from the Worcester Program for Addiction Recovery will graduate from the first training series of the program.

The graduation ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 29 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Worcester Police Headquarters.

The program was created to help in bridging the gap between police officers and individuals in need, and to guide individuals and their families to informational resources, clinical resources, and community support.

The following community members and leaders will be speaking about the need for this program:
