Worcester Police to Promote 6 Officers in Ceremony at City Hall

City Manager Edward M. Augustus Jr., Mayor Joseph M. Petty, Councilor Kate Toomey, Chair of Public Safety and Chief Steven M. Sargent will preside over the ceremony.
During the ceremony, the officers will take their oaths before family members and colleagues.
Officers being promoted to the rank of Sergeant:
Officer Daniel Lopopolo
Officer Jeremy Smith
Officer Christopher Panarello
Officer Brian Bisceglia
Sergeants being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant:
Sgt. Joseph Ashe
Sgt. Michael Girouard
