The Incident

As GoLocal reported, on Monday, May 15 at about 11:20 p.m., police were sent to Mt. Pleasant St for a report of a man laid out on the sidewalk. Upon arrival, they saw the victim, who appeared to be extremely disoriented, on the ground. He was unable to give a lucid description of what had happened to him.
