Worcester Man Charged With Murder in Shooting Death of Marie Martin

Donovan Goparian, 39, of Worcester was charged with murder in the shooting death of Marie Martin, 35, of Webster, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early Jr.

Martin's body was found in a burning car off of Swan Avenue in November of 2015. 

Goparian was ordered held without bail after being arranged before Judge Michele Ouimet-Rooke on Thursday in Central District Court. 

Goparian was charged last month with witness intimidation in relation to the investigation into the death of Martin. 

Goparian has been held on $200,000 bail on that case. 

The judge has continued both cases to August 19.
