Shrewsbury Woman Arrested After Robbing Leominster Credit Union

Regina Flynn, 36, of Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with unarmed robbery of the Leominster Credit Union on Monday. 

Police recovered the stolen money inside the car. 

The Incident 

On Monday, September 19, 2016 at approximately 4:50 PM Worcester Police responded to 910 West Boylston Street (Leominster Credit Union) for a report of an unarmed robbery in progress. 

Upon arrival, officers spoke to the bank teller who provided police with a detailed description of the female suspect. According to the teller, the suspect approached the counter and handed over a note demanding money. The teller handed the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash. 

The suspect fled on foot toward East Mountain Street. Additional police units arrived on scene and were given a detailed description of the suspect.

Officers in the vicinity of Henchmen Street observed a car parked on the street facing the wrong way. There were two women in the vehicle. The driver of the car matched the description of the suspect. 

The women was identified as 36-year-old Regina Flynn of Shrewsbury.
