Three Men Arrested for Possession of Cocaine, Heroine in Worcester

The men were identified as Jerome Broadard, 21, of 626 Church Street, Whitinsville, Mark Wiggins, 53, of the Richards Street Address, and the target of the warrant, Tyrone Harrington, 20, of 626 Church Street, Whitinsville.
All three men were charged with trafficking in heroin (37-99 grams), possession of class B substance with the intent to distribute and a drug violation within 300ft. of a school zone. (Goddard Memorial School of Science is within 300ft. of the target address.
The Incident
On Monday, March 20, members of the Worcester Police Vice Squad possessed a search warrant for 25 Richards Street, Apartment 2-R. At approximately 12:30 PM, members of the WPD SWAT team entered the apartment. Inside the apartment were three males that were quickly secured. The men were identified as Broadard, Wiggins, and the target of the warrant, Harrington.
Once the apartment was secured members of the Vice Squad executed the search warrant for the premises. The search produced several knotted plastic baggies of heroin, 4 knotted baggies of crack cocaine, and 2 knotted plastic baggies of cocaine, packaging materials and a digital scale. Officers recovered $121.00 from Mr. Harrington, $80.00 from Wiggins.
