Two Teenagers Arrested Following Fight During North High School Basketball Game

There were no injuries reported by the two suspects.
The investigation continues.
The Incident
On Monday, February 20 at approximately 5:40 p.m. Worcester police officers were working a paid uniform detail at North High School during a basketball tournament when a fight broke out in the bleachers. A large crowd began to disperse from the bleachers as two male students engaged in a fight. The officers made their way through the crowd and attempted to break up the fight. The officers were able to separate the two males who were actively punching each other. The men were removed from the area and placed under arrest.
Additional officers responded to ensure that there were no additional altercations inside or outside the school.
A 16-year-old male from Worcester was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Disturbance of School.
A 14-year-old male from Worcester was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Disturbance of School.
